For Google chrome you can download ChromeSetup.exe from google.com size approximately 475 KB. fo this installation you need a internet connation while install.
if you are a dialup / low bandwidth internet user you it is too difficult to install it.
But if you download offline installer of Google chrome you can install in "n" number of pcs or a dialup connection.

it's funny, the more i use Chrome, the more unstable it seems to get... crashes a lot more, can't handle sites with flash, hangs every time i close a tab... all that to say, i'm switching back to Firefox

ChromeSetup.exe is not 475 MB, its KB :-)
The standalone installer is about 7.5 MB.

@media boy I agree with you its carshes lot of time till now to me and it not able to handle flash plugins.
