I ran across a product that blocks ultrasurf, openvpn, and other encypted protocols like Skype, etc.. I think it was called Netspective (spelling ?).
My school blocked ultra surf so u guys are going to half to do better than this.

you can use the same one for firefox.
only thing is that you have to change the "proxy settings" in firefox manualy
used the 8.6 version for a week, but stopped after the program would just shut itself off, without notifying me. I stuff that I was downloading was then UNPROTECTED! I wuld have to sit up sometimes and manually try to get reconnected whilst downloading. In most cases I had to stop what I was doing and then start my computer over again.
You are better off using tor opera or zurfo!
f i use ultrasurf , will my admin network will to know what website that i have opened/browsed ? he will know from log list website opened on her server ?

Mcafee detects it as a trojan. I can't modify the real time analysis because I don't have administrator privileges. :(

I've been using Ultra Surf for 3 months now without any problems whatsoever. Living in Canada I cannot access ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, HULU and Pandora for streaming video without it. For those of you who think there a trojan embedded in the program, you must have downloaded the wrong program. I switched from Hotspot Shield to get away from the banner ads and popups.
i've been using it for a few weeks and it works really well. its fast and if you use the ff plugin its stupid easy to setup in ff. i have noticed any of the afore mentioned problems, maybe they're fixed by v.9.4. the only gripe i have is that it has an internal filter list and won't go to any pron! other than that its working above expectation.
